The aluminum module LED display developed and produced by ONLYLED is made of full die-casting aluminum. The aluminum housing adopts an ultra-thin design with a thickness of less than 10mm. At the same time, the LED PCBA and the aluminum housing are all designed to fit together. Aluminum LED modules Compared with plastic modules; it has the following advantages:
1). The aluminum material has good heat dissipation. Its thermal conductivity is more than 200 times that of plastic modules. It can quickly dissipate the heat in the screen, so that the display can better adapt to the hotter outdoor environment.
2). Compared with plastic modules, aluminum modules will not catch fire. Even if there is a fire at or near the place where the aluminum module LED display is installed.
3). The aluminum module has high flatness, which makes the outdoor full-color LED display flatter, the picture is smooth, and there is no depression, which can bring better viewing experience to the viewers.
4). The protection level of the aluminum module is high, and the waterproof level is IP67, which can prevent moisture from entering the module. The protection level of plastic modules used for outdoor screens is mostly IP65-IP66
Aluminum modules are the future development direction of LED displays. With the improvement of production technology and the reduction of production costs, more aluminum modules will be used in future LED displays, mainly because aluminum modules have more advantages than plastic modules and are more cost-effective.
