1.LED chip:The LED chip is the core component of the LED display,which is responsible for emitting light.Common LED chip materials include gallium arsenide(GaAs),aluminum arsenide(AlAs)and phosphorus arsenide(InP).These materials have excellent light-emitting properties and are capable of producing high-brightness and high-definition light.
2.Encapsulation material:The encapsulation material is used to protect the LED chip and provide proper optical effect.Common packaging materials include epoxy resin,silicone and polycarbonate.These materials have good heat resistance and weather resistance,and can protect LED chips from the external environment.
